What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational tasks across teams.
• Update and manage Jira for project execution with high precision, including dashboards, automations, and reporting.
• Handle timely follow-ups, task closures, and status updates.
• Organize documentation, dashboards, and workflows.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Flag blockers or delays and communicate proactively to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and coordination processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
• Expert-level proficiency in Jira (dashboards, automations, custom fields, filters, reporting).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented mindset with team-first attitude.
