What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IT projects for Quality Lab systems, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to quality standards
• Develop project plans covering scope, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Oversee validation and implementation of LIMS and quality-critical IT infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA regulations, and organizational quality policies
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, risk analyses, and change control processes
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and provide status updates to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in IT Project Management, 4+ years in pharmaceutical/regulated industry
• Expertise in quality-critical IT systems, laboratory infrastructure projects, LIMS implementation/validation
• Strong knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, FDA, EMA frameworks
• Proficiency in project management methodologies/tools, IT governance, risk/change management
• Excellent people skills for leading cross-functional teams; strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written/verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification
• Experience with data integrity, system validation, Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of IT security/compliance, laboratory operations, quality assurance
