What you will do

• Lead and coordinate IT/SAP projects across the hirify.global group, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality
• Consult internal customers focusing on project governance and solution delivery
• Analyze business processes and design integrated end-to-end solution architectures
• Drive customizing, configurations, system optimization, and SAP implementations including planning and budgeting
• Facilitate workshops, requirements engineering, and cross-functional solution design
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and partners; enable innovation via S/4HANA, cloud, and integrations
• Optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes with pricing, billing, returns, and logistics

Requirements

• Fluent English required (German a plus)
• Professional experience in SAP consulting or IT project delivery
• Solid expertise in S/4HANA and at least one SAP module (SD / CS / TM)
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with SAP customizing, configuration, and integration of complex processes
• Proven ability to lead functional workstreams or sub-projects in global environments
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset, and structured communication
