What you will do

  • Resolve escalated technical issues for Windows and macOS endpoints as the primary onsite escalation point.
  • Manage user provisioning and offboarding via Google Workspace and Entra ID.
  • Deploy and configure software using NinjaOne or other endpoint management tools.
  • Support network printers, conferencing setups, and VPN connectivity.
  • Analyze support trends to recommend process or tooling improvements.
  • Develop internal knowledge base content and provide mentorship to Level I technicians.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
  • Proven experience in a service desk role.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and Entra ID/Azure AD hybrid setups.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or Azure Fundamentals.
