What you will do
- Define and deliver the UK sales strategy in partnership with leadership.

- Improve sales performance through volume, margins, and disciplined methodologies.

Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, including 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong background in HCM, HR Tech, or SaaS.
- Proven success in complex consultative sales cycles.
