What you will do
- Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
- Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and build urgency with executive discovery.
- Own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value tied to priorities.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers for workshops/demos and align with Customer Success for implementation and expansion.
- Position against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize threats.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
- Proven insight-led sales: push back respectfully, quantify impact, mobilize committees
- Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement; navigate enterprise processes
- Manage complex multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC qualification and forecasting
- Fluent in English and German (or another major European language)
- Collaborate effectively with presales and post-sales teams

- ERP/SAP exposure or finance/procurement transformations
- Selling automation platforms like RPA/process mining/IDP
