Senior Enterprise Account Executive (UK & Ireland): Win and grow strategic enterprise accounts through insight-led selling, owning the full cycle from pipeline creation to close with an accent on reframing customer problems, quantifying value, and mobilizing buying committees. Focus on leading multi-stakeholder cycles with CFO/CIO leadership, building business cases, negotiating deals, and orchestrating presales and delivery.

What you will do

  • Build and execute territory plans, create net-new pipeline via outbound prospecting, partners, events, and referrals.
  • Practice insight-led selling: challenge customer framing, uncover bottlenecks, and build urgency with executive discovery.
  • Own business cases, pricing, proposals, negotiations, and closures while quantifying value tied to priorities.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers for workshops/demos and align with Customer Success for implementation and expansion.
  • Position against competitors with end-to-end automation narrative and neutralize threats.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years enterprise B2B SaaS selling with track record of hitting targets
  • Proven insight-led sales: push back respectfully, quantify impact, mobilize committees
  • Strong executive presence for CFO/CIO/Procurement; navigate enterprise processes
  • Manage complex multi-threaded deals with MEDDICC qualification and forecasting
  • Fluent in English and German (or another major European language)
  • Collaborate effectively with presales and post-sales teams

Nice to have

  • ERP/SAP exposure or finance/procurement transformations
  • Selling automation platforms like RPA/process mining/IDP
  • Global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
