What you will do

  • Shape and execute the GTM EMEA strategy to establish a foundation for scalable growth across the region.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of AEs and SDRs, including hiring and coaching.
  • Design and implement core operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Adapt the proven US sales motion into a repeatable, regionally relevant model for key European markets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to drive regional alignment.
  • Engage and develop the EMEA partner ecosystem to drive incremental demand generation.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including managing both inbound and outbound motions.
  • Proven experience building or scaling sales teams specifically within the EMEA region.
  • Deep understanding of European market dynamics, including buying behavior and regulatory considerations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales operations best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate within a global deal desk model for contract and pricing execution.
  • Must be based in or available to work remotely from London, England.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a "first-in-region" or early EMEA leader for a US-based SaaS company.
  • Background in selling HR tech, payroll, or workforce-related solutions in Europe.
  • Strong professional network within the EMEA sales talent market, particularly in London.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build operational infrastructure from scratch.
