TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fire & EMS): Drives strategic sales and growth for key Fire and EMS agencies across the Northeast region with an accent on full-cycle sales, prospecting, and multi-year multi-product deals. Focus on qualifying prospects, demonstrating solutions, managing complex sales cycles, and accurate pipeline forecasting.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US, preferably Northeast or East/Central time zones; up to 50% travel to territory as needed.

Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 USD + commission

What you will do

  • Achieve annual sales quota through full-cycle sales including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing multi-year deals.
  • Prospect into key decision makers like Chiefs and Data Managers using account-based strategies.
  • Demonstrate complex solutions, articulate value proposition, and facilitate sales meetings.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and data in Salesforce and Gong; oversee RFP and contracting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships, and contribute to territory planning and team success.
  • Travel to events, tradeshows, and onsite meetings; stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Proven full-cycle SaaS sales experience in enterprise environment, preferably public safety or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influence skills for executives.
  • Experience with Sandler Selling or similar consultative methodology; territory management track record.
  • Strong technical aptitude with Salesforce, Gong, MS Office; analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%; self-starter in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
