TL;DR

Sr. Customer Success Partner (Healthcare): Managing strategic large accounts and driving revenue growth through consultative sales of background screening solutions with an accent on account planning and C-level relationship management. Focus on identifying new product opportunities, delivering business reviews, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Location: Must be authorized and reside in the United States (Omaha, NE is preferred but not required)

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base annually

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue within assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Conduct consultative sales to increase penetration of FA products and solutions across the enterprise.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual business reviews to C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and SOPs, and handle contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with operations and technology teams to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Analyze customer trends and provide root-cause resolutions to business problems to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in sales account management for strategic national or global accounts.
  • Proven track record of maintaining and managing C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to navigate large organizations and build strong internal partnerships.
  • Must be authorized to work in and reside in the USA.

  • Experience using Salesforce for tracking client information.
