What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy and goals for the project management practice, including tools and workflows.
• Oversee the health and delivery of the strategic Delivery Portfolio for complex digital products.
• Directly manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers.
• Own the department budget and P&L, ensuring optimal resource allocation and billable utilization.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
• Maintain a 50% personal billable utilization rate through senior-level account management.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• 7+ years of experience leading other Project Managers.
• 5+ years of experience working within a consulting environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong Scrum experience in digital product development and modern DevSecOps delivery.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA) or degree in a technical field.
• Certifications in Prosci Change Management, ITIL Foundations, or Scrum.
• Industry knowledge in Healthcare, digital marketing, and HIPAA compliance.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Toggl, and enterprise PPM platforms.
