TL;DR

Project Manager - Great Lakes (Healthcare): Leading multiple customer-facing EHR implementation projects with an accent on scope definition, resource allocation, budget control, and risk mitigation. Focus on ensuring optimal client migrations, timely issue resolution, and effective transitions to support post-project.

Location: Remote. Territory includes states in the Great Lakes Region of the US. Up to 25% travel to client sites required. Occasional travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and meetings.

Salary: $87,000 - $94,000 CAD + bonus/commission + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Act as primary client liaison, understanding business/technical needs and leading project kick-offs.
  • Create and manage project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables for multiple EHR implementations.
  • Monitor progress, report on status, identify/resolve risks/issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure optimal customer migrations to hirify.global solution with smooth support transitions.
  • Provide direction to implementation teams, review deliverables, and track KPIs.
  • Contribute to PMO goals and foster team project management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Skilled experience in project management, ideally in healthcare systems (EHR/EMR/Pharmacy).
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 designation (asset).
  • Solid understanding of systems design (nice to have).
