What you will do

• Provide project management oversight for the value analysis function at client organizations to optimize investments and supply utilization.
• Develop and manage the Value Analysis process within a framework of quality and safety to reduce clinical spend.
• Create savings dashboards, maintain master trackers, and prepare data presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including VP of Supply Chain, CMO, and CFO, to identify and engage key stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams and coordinate product evaluations and item add requests.
• Identify waste reduction and utilization opportunities through the review of ERP reports and spend landscapes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (evidenced by 401k and EEO requirements).
• Management experience is required.
• Experience in analyzing healthcare processes toward improving patient outcomes.
• Advanced technical skills in MS Office suite and current healthcare supply chain information systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Nice to have

• Formal training in Lean Six Sigma and PMBOK.
