What you will do
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure customer commitments are met with quality and on schedule.
- Manage customer relationships through regular check-ins, health monitoring, and satisfaction tracking.
- Develop external training content, user enablement materials, and quick-start guides to drive platform adoption.
- Prepare delivery reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues and delivery risks.
- Maintain an accurate library of product marketing materials as the AI platform evolves.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program management, customer success, or service delivery.
- Proven experience directly engaging with external customers in a delivery or enablement capacity.
- Ability to track and manage multiple concurrent program activities and milestones across cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience developing professional customer-facing materials, training guides, and use case collateral.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, information systems, or a related field.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting delivery or customer success within federal, defense, or intelligence community sectors.
- Experience with SaaS platforms in technology, AI/ML, or data analytics environments.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels (IL4/IL5/IL6), or federal acquisition processes.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM).
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
