What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic technical initiatives.
• Lead complex programs spanning product engineering, platform, infrastructure, AI/ML, and data science.
• Drive technical prioritization by aligning business impact, engineering effort, and capacity.
• Build and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Establish operating cadences for roadmap reviews, dependency tracking, and status reporting.
• Prepare concise, executive-ready updates to support leadership decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or a related role.
• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs involving Engineering, Product, and DS/ML teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release planning, and execution risk management.
• Ability to influence decisions without direct authority across technical and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing, and highly collaborative environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, platform, or data-heavy product companies.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic systems, or automation platforms.
• Experience supporting CTO-level or senior technical stakeholders.
