What you will do

• Run end-to-end onboarding for external experts from offer acceptance to productivity, handling setup, access, and issues.
• Own access provisioning, auditing, and maintenance across tools and systems for large external population.
• Maintain data integrity in tracking systems, reconciling with vendor partner.
• Build weekly reporting on metrics like headcount, time-to-productive, support volume, and domain coverage.
• Partner with research, IT, and vendor to resolve issues and keep experts unblocked.

Requirements

• 4+ years in program operations, research operations, recruiting coordination, vendor management, or similar
• Owned operational processes end-to-end, accountable for fixes
• Comfortable as primary contact for large distributed group
• Strong judgment on prioritization and escalation
• Highly detail-oriented with ownership of data accuracy
• Clear concise writing for Slack/email communications
• Handle high volume and edge cases in evolving program
• Use AI tools and spreadsheets core to work

Nice to have

• Experience scaling operational programs through growth
• Background in external workforce, vendor, or recruiting ops
• Light scripting/automation (Apps Script, Zapier)
