What you will do
- Own the end-to-end partnership strategy and execution for a portfolio of key strategic partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with technology and service partners.
- Drive co-sell and co-marketing initiatives through marketplaces and partner programs to generate pipeline.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams on co-innovation and co-selling initiatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance and key metrics for senior leadership.
- Negotiate complex partnership agreements and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- 5+ years of experience in technology partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing relationships with large, strategic SaaS partners (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe).
- Proven track record of growing partnerships that drive measurable revenue via co-sell programs and cloud marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and GTM motions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
