What you will do
- Own and optimize core agreement execution flows to ensure they are intuitive, fast, and reliable.
- Conduct user problem discovery using research, support insights, and behavioral data to define priorities.
- Simplify complex user journeys into guided experiences using smart defaults and UX design patterns.
- Identify and implement AI-powered assistance to reduce friction and increase user confidence.
- Build compliance-guided UX to help users make correct decisions in high-stakes, sensitive contexts.
- Drive business outcomes via A/B testing, KPI tracking, and iterative product optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building user-facing B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Strong UX judgment and a proven ability to simplify complex user journeys.
- Experience optimizing end-to-end flows, including onboarding and self-serve experiences.
- Proficiency in designing A/B tests and making data-driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative inputs.
- Intuition for applying AI in user-facing flows while managing risks and user trust.
- Must be based in or able to work from the USA, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.
