What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, product demos, and closing.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline targeting the UK and North American markets.
- Engage prospects through emails, calls, and virtual meetings to position solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation and campaign messaging.
- Forecast revenue and maintain accurate records within CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Identify and implement improvements for sales processes and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with modern sales tools and CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience selling into UK and/or North American markets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time across different time zones.
- Strong ability to balance consultative selling with decisive execution.
