Salary: $74,200/year plus commission

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to scale company revenue.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• Build trust-based relationships with prospects and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and payment processing regulations.
• Maintain strict data hygiene within the CRM.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new Account Executive hires.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling integrated payments.
• Minimum 6 months of daily experience using Salesforce.
• Must reside in CA, CO, CT, GA, IL, MA, MN, NY, or TX.
• College degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay driven in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sales tools such as Outreach, Zoom, and KAIA.
