What you will do

• Design and develop high-quality 2D and 3D CAD models for customer site implementations.
• Ensure all engineering designs comply with company standards, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and internal stakeholders to meet project goals and installation timelines.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather critical design requirements and clarify site specifications.
• Maintain accurate design documentation and project updates within CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Iterate on CAD models based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to refine technical solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience using CAD software.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Strong ability to visualize and design complex systems in three dimensions.
• Experience working within CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
• Must be based in Teaneck, NJ.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
