What you will do
- Identify and develop new leads and opportunities, qualifying them for hand-off to Outside Sales.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline utilizing available prospecting tools and systems.
- Focus on strategic growth within assigned automotive and non-automotive market segments.
- Maintain CRM data integrity by recording all customer interactions, including calls and emails.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and internal teams to optimize pricing quotations and back-office processes.
- Create and communicate sales activity and customer development reports.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong skills in prospecting, communication, and relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
- English: B2 level minimum (written and verbal proficiency).
- Ability to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time daily.
