TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales): Identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline with an accent on lead generation and prospect qualification. Focus on conducting multi-channel cold outreach, managing CRM pipelines, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Location: Remote (Must be available to work US Mountain Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT)

What you will do

  • Research and identify potential customers via email, social media, and cold calls to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects by evaluating their needs and determining fit with company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Develop and communicate deep product knowledge and value propositions to prospects.
  • Track and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Availability to work US Mountain Time (MT) hours.
