Focus on mastering pitch methodologies, strategic outreach via SalesLoft and LinkedIn, and achieving monthly demo quotas.

What you will do

  • Qualify and convert Mid-Market MQLs to generate a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
  • Conduct proactive outbound sourcing to expand market reach and identify new business entryways.
  • Manage inbound demo requests from the website and convert them into SQLs.
  • Utilize a modern tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
  • Collaborate with the team to bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 4-6 months of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement software (SalesLoft preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to travel up to 5% annually, including attending at least one trade show per year.
