What you will do
- Qualify and convert Mid-Market MQLs to generate a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
- Conduct proactive outbound sourcing to expand market reach and identify new business entryways.
- Manage inbound demo requests from the website and convert them into SQLs.
- Utilize a modern tool stack including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Collaborate with the team to bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada.
- 4-6 months of experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and Sales Engagement software (SalesLoft preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to travel up to 5% annually, including attending at least one trade show per year.
