What you will do

• Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees at the plant.
• Handle operational HR tasks, including preparing contracts and certificates.
• Implement HR measures based on legal, contractual, and collective agreement frameworks.
• Manage workforce and succession planning and determine individual compensation based on job evaluation.
• Collaborate within the team to optimize and harmonize internal HR processes.
• Participate in both local and strategic HR projects.

Requirements

• Commercial training (certified HR specialist) or a relevant degree.
• Several years of experience in HR administration, preferably in the metal or electrical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, collective agreement law, and social security regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong strategic thinking and project management competence.
