TL;DR

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (Sweden, Germany & BeNeLux): Provide proactive HR support across the region, covering employee lifecycle, relations, operations, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws. Focus on partnering with managers on performance issues, disciplinary processes, grievances, and ensuring consistent handling of workplace matters.

Location: Stockholm - Kungsgatan 36, supporting Sweden, Germany & BeNeLux

What you will do

  • Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, HR processes, organizational changes, and workforce planning.
  • Manage employee relations cases including performance, disciplinary, grievances, attendance, and probation reviews.
  • Handle HR operations like onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll validation, absence management, and record-keeping.
  • Support benefits administration, compliance with local laws, legislative monitoring, and HR projects.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English required; Swedish, German, Dutch, or French advantageous.
  • Degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years of progressive HR experience in operations and employee relations, ideally in Sweden, Germany, or BeNeLux.
  • Understanding of local HR practices and employment laws across Sweden, Germany & BeNeLux.
  • Strong HR administration, systems, reporting, and payroll skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex international environment with high discretion.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multiple countries in the region.
  • Additional language skills (Swedish, German, Dutch, French).
