What you will do

• Build and own HR strategy aligned with business growth and values
• Design long-term hiring strategy, workforce planning, and improve recruiting processes
• Implement performance management, feedback cycles, talent reviews, and development initiatives
• Own Personio HR system and ensure smooth operations across employee lifecycle
• Foster inclusive culture, support leaders on people topics, and promote engagement

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in people or talent management, ideally as (Senior) HR Business Partner
• Experience building/scaling HR processes in fast-growing organizations
• Strong knowledge of the German HR ecosystem and best practices
• Hands-on experience with Personio
• Proven track record in performance management, talent development, cultural initiatives
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong project management, communication, and ownership mindset
