Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $166,400 – $279,800 per year

What you will do

  • Define and execute a multi-year AI-first enablement roadmap based on the Challenger methodology.
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for onboarding, certification, and sales methodology for sales and success roles.
  • Optimize the enablement tech stack using Highspot (CMS/LMS) and Gong (conversation intelligence).
  • Collaborate with Systems, Data, and AI teams to implement AI use cases like intelligent content surfacing and automated coaching.
  • Establish a measurement framework linking enablement to ramp time, win rates, and productivity.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of enablement professionals.

Requirements

  • 10-14+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in SaaS, technology, or marketplace environments.
  • Proven experience operationalizing Challenger or similar insight-led methodologies.
  • Track record of scaling programs that measurably improve sales productivity and revenue.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Must be located in the United States.
