TL;DR

Market Development Representative: Engage and convert inbound leads into new sales opportunities for APAC sales team through consistent outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn with an accent on booking product demos and maximizing account potential. Focus on conducting thorough discovery, acting as a consultant to understand prospect needs, and executing inbound-led outbound prospecting.

Location: Onsite in Singapore office 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

  • Achieve sales goals and KPIs by engaging warm leads and booking qualified product demonstrations.
  • Connect with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce to manage lead pipeline and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct pre-call and in-call discovery to understand business priorities.
  • Execute outbound prospecting on assigned accounts to increase demo conversions.
  • Support company initiatives and role model desired behaviors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, urgency, prioritization, and organization.
  • Strong negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with competitive spirit and team orientation.
  • Interest in capital markets.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Nice to have

  • Prior sales internship experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData/BookIt.
