What you will do
- Build rapport with prospects and transition cold inquiries into warm leads.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the organization.
- Provide qualified leads to Sales Representatives for active selling.
- Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue.
- Attend field sales meetings and participate in regular product training.
Requirements
- Business level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Must be based in or be able to work in Singapore (Hybrid).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain high efficiency.
- Experience working in a professional business environment.
- Effective listening skills to accurately understand prospect needs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with the Software or Cybersecurity industries.
- Practical experience in cold calling.
