What you will do

  • Build rapport with prospects and transition cold inquiries into warm leads.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the organization.
  • Provide qualified leads to Sales Representatives for active selling.
  • Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to optimize revenue.
  • Attend field sales meetings and participate in regular product training.

Requirements

  • Business level fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Singapore (Hybrid).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain high efficiency.
  • Experience working in a professional business environment.
  • Effective listening skills to accurately understand prospect needs.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with the Software or Cybersecurity industries.
  • Practical experience in cold calling.
