TL;DR
Account Manager (Fintech/SaaS): Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with C-level customers in the Government segment by understanding needs and delivering solutions that maximise value. Focus on driving customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, upsell/cross-sell, and cloud migration.
Location: Remote position available only to applicants residing and eligible to work in Singapore

What you will do
- Develop and nurture relationships across all levels in assigned accounts to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Create strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and align solutions to business objectives.
- Execute upsell, cross-sell, renewal strategies, and cloud migrations to increase ARR and product adoption.
- Proactively mitigate churn risks, optimise product usage, and handle revenue-related inquiries.
- Provide market feedback to inform product development and represent at government events.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, participate in sales meetings, and prepare compelling presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales in SaaS/technology environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills, consultative selling, strategic planning, and communication.
- Solid understanding of audit/accounting processes and ability to engage with finance/audit professionals.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce highly regarded).
- Residing and eligible to work in Singapore.
