What you will do

  • Meet quarterly sales quotas through outbound prospecting and revenue generation from mid-market/enterprise prospects in target verticals.
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, discovery, demos, negotiating, and closing.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activities in Salesforce; engage C-level executives to advance deals.
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Implementation teams for account penetration and process navigation.
  • Deliver value-based selling, build proposals, negotiate pricing/terms using sales tech stack (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, hirify.global).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years in quota-carrying new business sales, with 2+ years consistency; Greater China MMS/Enterprise sales experience required
  • Native Mandarin proficiency required
  • Professional Cantonese fluency (benefit)
  • Background in SaaS, data, market research, or analytics sales
  • Proven quota achievement, self-sourcing in startup environment, network of contacts
  • Confident presenting in Chinese and English; understanding of digital marketing trends (SEO, PPC, etc.)
  • Collaborative, direct approach; learn from setbacks
