What you will do

• Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to Gaming Commission and company regulations.
• Execute video stream game rules using computer prompt instructions and monitoring.
• Communicate with players via chat, providing prompt answers to game-related questions.
• Collaborate with Pit-bosses and Trainers to ensure smooth game operations.
• Participate in marketing promotions through photo and video shoots.
• Report risks or errors immediately to management to maintain studio integrity.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Southfield, MI
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, video chat).
