What you will do

• Verify, gather, and record the physical descriptions of real estate properties accurately.
• Submit regular progress reports against assigned workloads.
• Act as a professional public-facing representative of the reassessment process.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all seasons and weather.
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment.
• Effective verbal communication skills to interact professionally with the public.
• Based in or around Richmond, VA.

Nice to have

• Real estate appraisal experience.
• Previous experience as a census worker, mail carrier, or delivery driver.
