What you will do
- Coordinate operational support for transactions management professionals handling new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options.
- Support documentation requests and draft/process service or client initiation documents, including Co-Broker and agent engagement letters.
- Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates; manage quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases.
- Facilitate commission invoicing and input commission information into revenue reporting systems.
- Assist with reporting functions such as closing/value-add reports, negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices, KPI tracking, and portfolio reporting (data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting).
- Handle administrative duties (paperwork processing, signature distribution, coordination between Real Estate, Lease Administration, and Facilities Management) and prepare transaction communication tools for internal approvals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and exceptional client service mindset.
- Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency and ability to work with transaction databases and reporting workflows.
- Research skills to gather real estate market information from research and brokers.
- Ability to manage urgency and coordinate interpersonal interactions effectively.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree (finance/real estate preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
