Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise daily attraction operations in a duty management capacity.
• Oversee the growth and development of the lead team.
• Ensure artistic and thematic integrity of the attraction.
• Manage guest flow to maintain efficiency and minimize wait times.
• Handle crisis management, including medical and emergency situations.
• Partner with HR and Labor Relations to uphold collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operations management experience in theme park or hospitality.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Hospitality.
• Experience managing in a union environment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real-time.
