TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Global Employment & EOR): Proactively manage customer relationships and drive adoption of our EOR platform with an accent on handling escalations, conducting enablement sessions, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on leveraging data insights to resolve issues, ensure retention, and improve customer health processes.
Location: Remote (permanent work from home), Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM AMER Time Zone. Proficiency in written and spoken English required.

What you will do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, health cases, escalations, and conduct enablement sessions, product demos, and calls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, and Treasury to resolve issues and maximize platform value.
- Use data-driven insights to advocate for customers, identify process improvements, and drive retention in churn-risk situations.
- Act as primary point of contact for internal teams and stay updated on product and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS/tech.
- Proven track record managing multiple customer relationships and driving success initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, and passion for customer advocacy.
- Experience in global employment with EORs.
- Reliable home internet connection.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR industry and multi-country employment practices.
- Business proficient in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Asana, Notion, Slack.
