Customer Success Manager, Europe (Emerging Markets): Partner with mid-market customers across emerging EMEA to drive adoption, elevate research maturity, and own full renewals with an accent on consultative education, strategic advisory, and expansion opportunities. What you will do
- Support customers in adopting , advise on research methodologies, study design, recruitment, and analysis across maturity levels.
- Own post-sale relationships, renewals, pricing, negotiation, and forecasting for mid-upper commercial book in emerging EMEA.
- Drive adoption depth, feature utilization, and engagement across teams and organizational levels.
- Identify expansion opportunities, qualify upsells, and partner with AMs/AEs on commercial motions.
- Provide executive guidance to senior stakeholders on integrating continuous research into product processes.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews showcasing value, impact, and next steps; act as Voice of Customer to inform product roadmap.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in UK, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, or Netherlands
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Consulting in B2B SaaS.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers, ideally product/design/research audiences.
- Strong history owning renewals and driving retention.
- Research-savvy with ability to guide workflows; teacher mindset for complex concepts.
- Analytical, executive presence, startup-ready, and operationally strong.
Nice to have
- Background in UX research, product design, or behavioral science.
- Prior experience supporting research, design, or product teams.
