What you will do
- Manage customer relationships from implementation hand-off through renewal to ensure long-term retention.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and align on business objectives.
- Develop deep product expertise to advise customers on best practices and drive product adoption.
- Proactively identify customer risks and develop remediation plans to recover challenging accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and communicating product requests to internal development teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of partnering with C-level, VP, and Director-level clients.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts to guide customers through implementation and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for phone, web conference, and written interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent proven professional experience.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, including custom configurations and integrations.
