Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (Office presence required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $81,000 – $94,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for a book of business, driving renewals through proactive planning and negotiation.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies 90–120 days in advance, identifying risks early.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on measurable success metrics.
  • Monitor product usage and engagement to address adoption gaps and ensure ROI.
  • Lead strategic business reviews to reinforce value and surface growth opportunities.
  • Mitigate churn risk using data-driven insights and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning renewals and retention metrics.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort leading contract negotiations.
  • Ability to interpret usage data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
