Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of Shopify brands to build successful influencer programs with an accent on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and product adoption. Focus on onboarding new customers, driving account expansion, and bridging the gap between customer needs and product development.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts (primarily Shopify brands), focusing on adoption, success plans, and NRR.
  • Onboard new customers to ensure they reach their first value quickly and align on 30–90 day goals.
  • Own the expansion process end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to closing upgrades.
  • Act as the primary bridge between customers and the Product team to shape future features.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Marketing to resolve technical issues and create customer resources.
  • Handle renewals and coordinate invoicing with the Finance department.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Must be based in Europe to support customers in European timezones.
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency for clear communication and documentation.
  • High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple accounts without oversight.
  • Proven ability to take ownership and find solutions when facing roadblocks.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with influencer marketing, e-commerce brands, or the creator economy.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and the day-to-day workflows of e-commerce teams.
  • Previous experience using CS and billing tools like Vitally, Intercom, or Stripe.
