What you will do

• Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, phone, and social targeting enterprise personas.
• Partner with Account Executives to research whale accounts, identify stakeholders, and uncover pain points.
• Generate demand by educating prospects on hirify.global’s AI value aligned with business goals.
• Navigate organizations to build consensus among multiple decision-makers like CIOs and CISOs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for activities, intelligence, forecasting, and sales strategy.

Requirements

• 2+ years in BDR role focused on Enterprise SaaS or complex technical solutions.
• Ability to work hybrid from New York office 3 days/week.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales cycles with long lead times and multiple stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking for personalized, value-driven outreach.
• Strong verbal/written communication to influence senior leadership.
• Tech-fluent in AI, IT infrastructure, or RMM solutions.
