TL;DR
Account Development Representative (AI): Driving business growth by identifying and qualifying prospects for the sales team with an accent on outbound outreach and pipeline management. Focus on building relationships with enterprise buyers and leveraging CRM tools to exceed sales objectives.
Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
Compensation: $75,200 - $78,500 (OTE) plus company equity.

What you will do
- Build rapport and initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and email.
- Introduce qualified prospects to Account Executives to convert them into customers.
- Maintain and exceed a pipeline of qualified sales leads.
- Strategize with sales leadership to improve performance and processes.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage prospecting activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in-office 2-3 days per week.
- 6+ months of professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Excellent communication skills for customer conversations and presentations.
- Ability to establish clear value propositions.

- Experience prospecting enterprise buyers.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
