What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and track software deployment projects with Operations and stakeholders.
• Maintain project charters, budgets, risks; escalate issues to stay on time/budget.
• Ensure communication alignment on timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Map, document, and optimize Salesforce workflows for integration with existing systems.
• Integrate software into rental site operations and certify sites going live.
• Drive improvements via feedback, troubleshooting, usage tracking, and revenue metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with Rental Operations, Director, and Customer Support for alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Operations Management
• Minimum 4+ years project management in tech implementation, multi-location preferred
• Proven tech rollouts/system integrations in fast-paced environments
• Strong project skills: risk/budget/timeline management; Salesforce CRM workflows essential
• Attention to detail, multitasking, deadlines; workflow/process optimization
• Excellent communication; independent problem-solving
• Available to travel 30% to sites
