What you will do

• Ensure strong alignment between business platforms and the Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Reporting & Analytics (BIRA) organization.
• Establish and sustain structured communication loops across BIRA teams, Product Owners, and Initiative Managers.
• Identify risks and gaps in data availability, quality, and structure, driving mitigation plans with technical teams.
• Maintain visibility into platform roadmaps (Salesforce, Genesys, Clarity PPM) and translate changes into reporting requirements.
• Partner with Data Stewardship to ensure shared metric definitions and consistent business logic across dashboards.
• Provide initiative management for Salesforce or Clarity related efforts, including migrations and modernization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield or Boston, Massachusetts.
• 5+ years in program management, business systems ownership, or data/analytics platform governance.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise business or data platforms such as Salesforce or Clarity PPM.
• High School Diploma.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or other enterprise BI visualization tools.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and enterprise reporting structures.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
