What you will do

• Recruit and onboard new partners to expand the regional ecosystem and drive transactions.
• Progress Growth-tier partners to Focus-tier status through active enablement and commercial support.
• Achieve regional revenue quotas by building and maintaining a 3x pipeline coverage.
• Enable and train distributors and partners on products, certifications, and deal registration processes.
• Manage deal registration activity for Growth and unmanaged partners to ensure quality and volume.
• Coordinate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure clear regional pipeline and revenue coverage.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Israel.
• Experience in channel account management, partner recruitment, and onboarding.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue quotas and manage sales pipelines.
• Capability to facilitate partner certifications and lead training sessions.
• Experience with CRM records maintenance and deal registration workflows.
