What you will do

  • Act as a thought leader, positioning the company at conferences and industry forums on AI, regulation, and ethics.
  • Contribute to global and European standardization initiatives through bodies like ISO, IEC, and CEN/CENELEC.
  • Drive AI growth in the DACH market by translating strategy into revenue and partnerships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams for AI services and advisory offerings.
  • Lead collaborative R&D initiatives and innovation projects focused on trustworthy AI.
  • Monitor market trends, EU funding programs, and regulations to shape the company's AI roadmap.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in AI, digital innovation, or strategic roles.
  • Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, or technology commercialization.
  • Hands-on experience in AI-related standardization initiatives (ISO, IEC, etc.).
  • Deep knowledge of European AI and Cybersecurity regulations and governance frameworks.
  • Business-fluent in German and English.
