What you will do
- Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new Microsoft partners aligned with growth strategy.
- Drive consumption and growth of the Microsoft portfolio through activation and enablement.
- Expand existing partner relationships and re-engage dormant or low-activity partners.
- Manage a structured pipeline of partner leads, conversions, and forecasts within the CRM.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects to ensure partner success.
- Represent the company at webinars and events, executing vendor-led campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong sales drive and a proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud and the partner ecosystem.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Must be based in Oslo, Norway.
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud sales, distribution, or partner-led business.
- Proficiency in other Nordic languages.
