What you will do

  • Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new Microsoft partners aligned with growth strategy.
  • Drive consumption and growth of the Microsoft portfolio through activation and enablement.
  • Expand existing partner relationships and re-engage dormant or low-activity partners.
  • Manage a structured pipeline of partner leads, conversions, and forecasts within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects to ensure partner success.
  • Represent the company at webinars and events, executing vendor-led campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong sales drive and a proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud and the partner ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Must be based in Oslo, Norway.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud sales, distribution, or partner-led business.
  • Proficiency in other Nordic languages.
