TL;DR
Business Development Representative (Sales): Generating high-quality sales opportunities for the EMEA Enterprise team with an accent on outbound prospecting and relationship building. Focus on qualifying leads, conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers, and driving the early stages of the sales pipeline.
Location: Hybrid (EMEA). Must be able to travel to and from the office safely in a day for a weekly office visit.

What you will do
- Qualify opportunities with new and existing accounts via calls, emails, and social media.
- Manage prospecting for pool accounts both within and outside provided cadences.
- Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers.
- Research prospects, identify key contacts, and maintain Salesforce records.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Field Marketing on strategic planning and ABM leads.
- Meet daily contact volume KPIs and monthly outbound meeting quotas.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Ability to learn and understand technical information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop sales and marketing copy.
- High level of organization and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to commute to the office weekly (Hybrid model).
