TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (HR AI SaaS): Collaborating with enterprise customers to deploy and optimize AI-powered talent orchestration platform, defining rollout strategies, success metrics, and driving product adoption. Hybrid: Tel Aviv office 3 days per week, willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per quarter.

What you will do
- Work closely with customers to define long-term rollout strategies, success metrics, and business impact.
- Drive adoption of best practices and change management to optimize product utilization.
- Build high-trust relationships with HR, IT, business, and executive teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support) on implementations and expansions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, forecast risks, and problem-solve independently.
- Conduct face-to-face workshops and presentations at customer sites.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
- Work from Tel Aviv office 3 days per week
- Willingness to travel internationally at least once per quarter
- 4–7 years in customer management role
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or software solutions
- Familiarity with HR and AI products
- Strong product knowledge, communication, presentation, and influence skills
- Project management and problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset

- Account management experience
- Understanding of HR software (HRIS, HCM, ATS, LMS/LXP)
