What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to Sales and Business Operations leadership to translate GTM strategy into execution.
• Design and refine Revenue Operations frameworks aligning people, process, data, and technology.
• Lead business reviews to provide visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and execution risks.
• Define and govern KPI frameworks across the revenue lifecycle, including pipeline coverage and conversion rates.
• Drive GTM optimization initiatives regarding funnel efficiency and sales productivity.
• Build and develop a high-performing global Revenue Operations team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments.
• 3–4+ years of people leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies and GTM governance.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel for executive-level reporting.
• Must have valid work authorization for Israel; company is unable to sponsor employment visas.
